What do you do with leftover SCOBYs?
Most people toss them. But here at Carlington Booch, we don’t believe in waste—we believe in yum. So, we turned them into SCOBY Snacks: a healthy, probiotic-packed treat with all the goodness you love about kombucha.
They’re chewy, fruity, a little tangy, and ridiculously easy to make.
Here’s the recipe if you’ve got some extra SCOBY lying around:

Equal parts SCOBY and berries (your choice!)

A little maple syrup (optional, but delicious)

Blend it all up and dehydrate in thin strips or “moods” as we like to call them
